There is nothing worse than being hungry and sometimes funds can be extremely limited. This post aims to list ways to get free food from various promotions. Keep in mind if you’re really struggling there are supports in place and you should never be too proud to visit things like food banks and reach out for help in general. Additionally the best food is always the food you don’t pay for, so if you’re also just exceptionally ‘frugal’ like myself then enjoy these. Share any others you know of in the comments.

Boston market free meal needs to be removed. They changed the promo to a free cookie a day after it started.
Did you actually sign up? It says free cookie (and said free cookie when we posted) but you actually get a free meal (or at least you did).
