MacBook Pro may not be great for travelers because the charger is so big
It's not that big, maybe 3 x 2 and works with all other USB-C devices.

That's the worst model in the entire lineup — with the Touch Bar gimmick and lacking the physical function keys — thanks, but no thanks!
This is the price for the model with 256GB ssd and 8GB RAM. In other words the Camry LE version :)
There have been quite a few discounted Macbooks online which means alot of 2nd hand on fb mkplace and other reselling sites. I picked the 2017 version of this up for $250 on marketplace. Many of these need only a new battery ( or nothing) and to be wiped which is cheaper if you want to go that route
