Minute Suites has opened a new location at Salt Lake City International Airport SLC, this new location is also available to Priority Pass members. Minute suites are a room with a couch that can be turned into a ‘bed’ and these lounges, Priority Pass members get access for one hour complimentary.

Their site mentions snacks, but I can't find more information. Is there any food inside, and if so what exactly?
I visited the Minute Suites at IAH last week using PP from AMEX. Not bad if you have a short layover and want to refresh. The room was small but I got in a power nap and a shower then went to a Centurion lounge for some food.
I was able to get in a Minute Suites at PHL for continuous 3 hours using 3 different PP accounts from AMEX all under my name. They didn't accept Capital One PP.
Shows up under the CSR based PP. Very happy we’re getting something here at SLC, it’s been a ghost town outside of the delta lounge

On their FAQs it says you can book a suite for someone other than yourself. Would this work when using priority pass, or does that have to be presented at the time of checkin?

Yes you can according to the PP app for Amex. Look at SLC Concourse A in App
