Our Verdict

Sounds like a good $14/$6 moneymaker, plus some free food. Reader Davis sent this in and notes: Four meals for me was $39.17. Can skip and cancel easily. Credit went pending 35 minutes later. Can pay with Paypal and Discover for 5% back.

  • It's been a couple of weeks but never got the Amex offer email after purchase. It usually gets sent immediately. Has anyone received the Amex cash back yet?

  • I did this offer on 9/5 and it only credited 20%. I opened a ticket and they are claiming it was correctly credited. Does anyone have a screenshot of the 60% offer?

  • Still waiting for Rakuten to add the cash back. Lodged a claim on 8/21, nothing yet so far. The food is in the freezer...

    • Got the cash back today at Rakuten. I had to lodge a complaint and they waited for Freshly to confirm.

    • Did you ever get the cashback? I filed a claim and they said they have to wait to hear back from Freshly. It's starting to feel like a scam.

  • has anyone done this twice on rakuten? I know all these offers say limit one per member but maybe auto tracking doesn't work properly.

    • I referred a family member in the same house and it seemed to work for now, everything tracked. To remove any possibility of sharing the same IP address and causing Rakuten problem, I used my phone data (turned off wifi) and signed up through rakuten and then freshly there.

    • I tried to do Gobble twice on rakuten. Was denied as they tracked it. No idea if that will be the same here.

  • Found the offer on P2's Amex card. Bought 5 meals for P1 and P2 through Rakuten. $52 after shipping for each, minus $10 Amex credits. Makes this a $18 money maker per person, plus some free food.

      • Are your 2 orders with the same week delivery? I did P2 a week later than P1; then P1 tracked but not p2. Wondering if the tracking only show up close to delivery?
