very similar experience to @guest_1926693 except my $18 hasn't been taken yet, how long does that take?
This was actually targeted in the past. They had a code that was emailed to input into the "Unique member code" line in order to actually receive the bonus. The modules are the same so I'm not sure if they just forgot to update the website though to put "member number" rather than code.
