New Apple iPad 32GB for $250 or 128GB for $330 on Amazon (Stack for Additional $50 Discount)

Update 1/27/20: Deal is back, not as good as the $230 pricing on the 32gb model that we have previously seen. Stack with amex offer for an even better deal.

Update 11/29/19: Deal is back even for the quick shipping options now, no need for slow shipping.

Update 11/27/19: Deal is back. Price went up to $279/$379 a couple of days ago, but you’ll now see an offer on the page to choose no-rush shipping at checkout and get a $30/$50 discount which brings the cost back down to $249/$329, as before. Be sure to choose no-rush at checkout. (I’m even seeing an additional discount on non-Prime account for slower shipping which brings the price down to an additional $1.92 discount to $248 and change.)

Original Post:

Amazon lowered the price on latest-model iPads (affiliate links below):

  • New Apple iPad (10.2-Inch, Wi-Fi, 32GB) for $249.99; (this was selling between $300 and $330 until yesterday)
  • New Apple iPad (10.2-Inch, Wi-Fi, 128GB) for $329.99 (this was selling between $400 and $430 until yesterday)
  • The wifi + cellular version is on sale as well, see prices here.

Additionally, you may be able to get up to $50 discount when using Shop-With-Points with Amex or Discover; see a list of available offers in this post. If eligible, your final cost on the 32 GB model will be $200 and on the 128 GB model will be $280.

These can make great gifts if it’s in your price range; it’s showing super fast delivery as well.

Another option is to buy these at Best Buy who is offering the same price now as well for the 32GB and the 128GB iPads – here’s the link to the iPad deals on BestBuy.com (contains our affiliate).  You must be signed in as a My Best Buy member to see these prices. The 128GB from Best Buy for $329.99 works well with the Amex Offer deal for $30 off $300. It brings the price down to $299.99.

  • Using No rush shipping gives additional 50$ discount -- brings the 128 GB iPAD down to 329 before taxes. I dont know if this requires prime -- they also give a week's prime trial for 1.99.(Stack with discover offer + buy gift cards from best buy with Amex card for more discount)

      • Early today Amzn were still offering same day delivery, now I also see the 'No Rush' shipping for the $50 discount. Well I suppose I get that for waiting - they're now offering Dec 6 for No Rush. I guess this indicates they're running low on stock, or they anticipate they might do, or they're moving stock around.

  • Just a point of note. It seems if I add Apple Care ($69) to the order, I am not able to apply any kind of points bonus to the order (neither my standard Amz Prime CC points, nor the Amex 20% w/ use of MR point). But without the Apple Care added on I can apply the points.

  • For Best Buy, Retailmenot has a 10% cashback offer on top deals, maybe that would stack? Not sure if this is considered a top deal.
