New Weekly Series Posts Coming To Doctor of Credit – Get Excited!

It’s a new year and one of the resolutions I made was to try and post on this site more regularly and in a more ordered fashion. I thought it would be a good idea to have several weekly series where we post similar content on the same day each week. We will still be posting deals and tidbits, this is just in addition to the regular posting we will be doing.

• Manufactured spending Mondays. Each Monday we will have a post on something to do with manufactured spending, obviously it’s not going to be a new method each week but expect something to help your manufactured spending each Monday. This will usually be posted by Chuck, but I’ll be contributing as well. Sensitive topics will only be sent out to our newsletter subscribers, so make sure you join that mailing list if you haven’t already.
• Tuesdays will be dedicated to brokerage & IRA bonuses. Manasa recently started writing for us and she will be covering these bonuses.
• Weird Wednesdays. This will be about credit cards you’ve never heard of before, I’ve already spent a massive amount of time finding these unique cards and each week I’ll be doing more research on them to work out if they are worth applying for or not.
• Thursdays. Thursdays are currently open, I’d like you hear what you want to see more of. Is there a particular topic that you’d like to see us cover more often? If so, let me know in the comments. I’ll pick my favorite suggestion. If there isn’t anything in particular, we will keep Thursdays for reader requests for things you’d like to know more about, even if it’s just a one off topic.
• Fridays will be for high yield savings accounts. We will look at rewards checking accounts & high yield prepaid cards like Mango.
• Saturdays will be your chance to have your questions answered in detail. I’m constantly answering questions by e-mail but often the answers are short and to the point, each week I’ll find one question that I think is worth a deeper look and post the Q&A to the blog. Remember, you can contact me at any time to get your questions answered.
• Sundays will continue to be dedicated to the Sunday round ups where I share my favorite posts from around the blogosphere each week along with a full list of all our posts for the week, the posts we think you shouldn’t miss and the deals that are due to expire the following week.

I’m pretty excited about the new weekly series and having a bit more structure for the blog. I’m hoping you guys and girls have some suggestions on what you’d like to see covered for Thursdays. I’m always open to suggestions for how this blog could be improved, so don’t hesitate to contact me or leave a comment below.
