23-Apr: 4*25 Bath and Body cards did not trigger the discount. 100$ load on a variable Ulta card didn’t trigger the discount either. Store manager is unsure why, they have the flyer up at the store which tells the discount should go till 4-May.

i'm not even seeing the card options online, so i'm guessing in-store
Usually are but you can probably try yourself to purchase via online and see if it takes it off.
