Update 8/22/20: Deal is still valid (we had previously marked it as dead). A lot of issues with getting the order approved.
Update 8/20/20: Deal is back for 8/20 – 8/26. Updated the link below. Hat tip to FM
The Offer
- Officedepot.com is offering $100 physical Visa gift card for $90. Ships free.
The Fine Print
- Maximum discount allowed is subject to a maximum sum of $10 per customer
- Valid 7/2 – 7/8
Our Verdict
Excellent online deal, we don’t see many of these. Limit 1, unfortunately. This won’t code as office supply since it processes via Giftcardmall; use any regular credit or one that has an online shopping bonus.

this was shipped priority mail and was apparently left in my box on the 27th. i almost tossed it bc it's addressed to and from me and the name on the card said "card recipient". I thought it was some type of junk mail.
Ordered on Aug 20 and received my order on Aug 27 shipped with USPS priority. Used immediately yesterday.
8/20/20 placed order
8/22/20 email: “your order … has been declined.” “in order to provide our customers with the highest level of security, we cannot share any further information”
8/22/20 placed second order
8/27/20 card received
Thank you!
Card arrived 08/2782020 already activated with the usual registration website. Issued by Metabank No PIN instruction. Sent from

Note: The card comes as "Active" and there's a $4.95 monthly fee after 12 months
I got shipping confirmation email with tracking early this morning (8/25), even though I ordered and was approved 8/20. Ordering processing is as slow as Office Depot POint of Sale terminal, even though it’s processed as GCM. YMMV since I see others got theirs already.
I didn't get a shipping notice from GCM but I did get notified by the USPS that a package is en route. It's coming from Arroweye Solutions and a Google search says that they are a card fulfillment company, so I'm guessing it's this card.
I stand corrected. I got a new USPS informed delivery email alert today and now it says 🎯 👁.
And I got the shipped email from GCM this morning, matching the tracking # I had already received from USPS.
I couldn’t find any verbiage that says Arroweye Solutions, in my USPS tracking email or website after searching my tracking number but my card is coming from LOUISVILLE, KY if that helps.
For anyone who might have been curious, this charge did qualify for the 3%/5.25% online shopping category on the BofA CR Visa card, with a category of BUSINESS SERVICES NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED.
Pleasant surprise since a couple of other purchases had not qualified for the online bonus, including the 20% off Panera Gift cards which coded as POI FUNDING TRANSACTIONS and tickets to an online concert that ridiculously coded as ADVERTISING SERVICES.
Just got ship notice.
So now I think it's finally dead.
I ordered this on 8/20. Just received the card in a USPS priority mail. The card is activated and everything looks good as I just registered it online. No other activation fee so it is a pure $10 profit. I thought this deal was too good to be true, but it turns out to be a great deal so far. Interestingly in the order history the status is still "Purchased" and tracking number is still "Not yet available"...
