Our Verdict
You are locking up $50,000 for 90 days to get this bonus. Overall it still could be a nice deal: if we assume you’re forgoing a 5.5% interest rate account, you’ll lose around $700 in interest and get $2,000 instead. Another way of looking at it is that you’ll be earning around 16% interest on the 90 days that the funds are locked up.
And who knows – maybe you’ll like the bank and decide to keep them long term as well for your business banking needs.

i was told fund must be in the account by 4/15/24. Any one fund after 4/15/24 got $2000 bonus?
Opened via email around March 8, 2024. I am within a their footprint location. Deposited 50,500 on April 3, 2204 and made 10 small debit card purchases the following weeks. Just checked today and saw $2,000 bonus posted on July 3, 2024!
$2000 post today.
When did you apply?
I’m curious about others payout timeline as well. It looks like DC was 1/16 to 5/21, for a 126 day payout. I’m approaching this as well and waiting, hoping to not have to file CFPB
105-121 day payout here depending on which date you use.
Expired now
They accept OOS. I called them and they are sending over documents for me to open an account via docuSign.
@guest_1800595, were you able to open it? From what state if I may ask?
Still pending review. Im in MI
@guest_1801279 - thanks. Good Luck! Hope they approve you
Was approved and account opened.
@guest_1802124 How long did it take to receive your debit card? Thanks!
Around a few weeks dont remember exactly
Ok thanks, will give it more time!
Great!!! Congratulations. I ll try it out but i know will be a long shot from FL
I just now successfully opened OOS online using a Sole Prop (Ohio)
Were you able to fund the new account with credit card? TIA.
@anneok no I couldn’t. The account opening was strange. They sent me a PDF through email then they did everything else on their end. I didn’t actually open the account. I was also told that I couldn’t fund the account with a debit or credit card.
Verdict unsuccessful?
@OST Account approved and funded but I did not have a credit card funding option. Very high chex numbers
My OOS was successful. lol/12 chex.
Anyone successful OOS area? Chex stats?
My OOS was successful. lol/12 chex.
Can you share the branch that you worked with?.
I don't remember, i may have even contacted their generic CSR line first and was transferred. They only got 5 branches and HQ - call each until someone says yes or email them
I tried and hit chex wall. Wondering if a diff branch would help.
I simply called one of the numbers and said I saw you have a promotion online, and I have a business and would like to open an account and asked if they accepted OOS and they said yes and the branch manger sent me a new application pdf via email. Id keep calling around.
Thanks, particularly for the chex part. Interesting bank as they offer accounts for cannabis businesses and offer prayer sessions.
Originally used online 'contact us' form to inquire if they did phone/online applications. I was sent the application forms via e-mail, returned them filled out for "llc' as I thought having forms might increase my odds. I was told I'd have to bring the physical LLC docs into a branch per their compliance officer. These were provided in person (to a different person as it was a local MO branch) the next business day.
Denied next business day due to chex. I see 1 inquiry from a couple days ago before I provided physical docs, I will monitor to see if another was done today since it was a different person.
chex at time of 1st pull:
1/1
2/3
5/6
10/12
if chex was pulled again today, you would add 2 (1 for regent, 1 for service cu) so 3/1 etc.
replying to myself: no 2nd chex pull from regent
This looks like one where you have to have a real biz. Anyone tried applying with a 'business'?
