If you've ever connected PP to Google in some capacity such as Google pay, paid with PP at the Google store (eg for hardware), etc. this deal is unlikely to track.
After repeatedly emphasizing that the deal is for Google PLAY after PP support said I've already used PP with Google, they gave me a $10 credit on my next use of PP. Which is not as a good as straight cash but sufficient for 10 minutes of time...
DO not see this in either PP account I have. Is there a way to get to it other than clicking "DEALS"?

Got the check out 2 times on items $10+ with PayPal, get 300 pts offer, paid for 2 vpns last week and already have the $3 in my account. They even tracked, I mean got the email that I spent the necessary amount after both purchases.
I tried this same offer in the past and it never posted.
Has anyone ever actually gotten paid for completing a PayPal deal?
Edit: After seeing the comments here, it looks like you need to complain to get your credit. I thought that it was just me. I've completed a few of PP offers over the years and have never gotten a payment. The one time that I did reach out to them about it, the rep claimed that the email sent from PP was a fake email.

Got an email for this offer. Link to claim it redirects to the Google Play Store, so there's no confirmation that the offer is active on your account. I don't think it's worth bothering with unless you plan to spend $5+ at Google Play anyways
