    • $0-$49,999.99: $500 annual fee
    • $50,000-$74,999.99: $250
    • $75,000-$99,999.99: $125
    • Greater than $100,000: $0
  • Choose one of three rewards programs:
    • Cash back:

      • 1% when you choose a pay in full card (e.g charge card)
    • PNC points: 5x points per $1 spent (points are worthless)
    • Travel Rewards: 1x mile per $1 spent:
      • 25,000 miles = air ticket worth up to $315, then you must redeem in increments of 5,000 miles = $50

Our Verdict

Sign up bonus was previously $400 for $15,000 in spend. Most people will choose the revolving card that earns 1.5% cash back, if you spend $25,000 total you’d earn $1,125 ($750 from the bonus and $375 from the spend itself) for a total of 4.5% cash back. The opportunity cost when compared to a 2% cash back card is $125. Very appealing deal for people that spend large amounts of money and value cash sign up bonuses. I will be adding this to our list of the best business credit card sign up bonuses.

    • I opened this card online before when I has a business checking with them, didn't need to go to branch. I wonder if this card can be churned...

    • seems like you can open a personal account online. I wonder if that would bypass the in person business account appointment necessary for the business card account requiement?.

  • What are they qualifying purchases? It's unclear what they allow. My Discover card code a payment as Government services and it earn points. I'd like to make that same payment with PNC to earn the bonus cash back but will it count as an acceptable purchase?

  • Word of warning: bank account fundings do NOT count towards meeting minimum spend for PNC credit cards. Last year I opened another PNC biz card, Business Cash Rewards, and tried to meet a good chunk of the $3k min spend with an account funding (BBVA, I believe). The funding went through as a purchase, however, I never received my bonus and when I inquired they said it was because the funding didn't count and I therefore failed to meet the min spend. If I had been paying close attention I would have realized this, as the funding ended up not earning any points, but in addition I believe they pointed to specific language in their terms which excluded it as a qualifying purchase. I know the Business Options card has a really high min spend and bank account funding would be a good way to help meet it, but unfortunately it's a no-go.

    • @guest_1123804 Did you need to call PNC to enable or disable the cash advance feature to make the cc funding go through?

I have a PNC card that got a 0 APR promotion on purchase. If PNC doesn't charge a CA fee and counts the cc funding as a purchase (although not towards the minimum spending for SUB), I suppose the charge should receive the 0 apr treatment for purchase, correct?

  • That AF after the first year is high ($500). Also, I love this feature: "Optional: Add your company logo to cards for just $350" lol

  • I don't like Credit Cards that I cant apply online and have to call up to apply.
    Don't like unexpected questions...

  • YMMV, but the direct link goes straight to a "404 Error
The requested content could not be found" message for me.

  • Had money in two PNC checking accounts (1 personal and 1 business). Applied for this and rejected.

PNC stated specifically that they have a limited appetite for lending to businesses in the sector that I stated my business was in - electronics retail sales. So don't put this down as your business's area.
