This might be the first thing priority pass work at in San Diego
I'm assuming the AMEX versions of priority pass wont work with "be relax spa"
AmEx PP just doesn't work with restaurants. Everything else should be good. It works on the minute suites in airports, for instance.
Have you actually tried to use your Amex PP on "everything else", such as Be Relax and Gameway?
As a reminder, here is the language they used to describe the cut:
"The Priority Pass Membership benefit offered on American Express Platinum and Centurion Cards and Hilton Ascend, Hilton Aspire, and Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant™ Cards will no longer include complimentary access to non-lounge airport experiences."
If you use Amex's lounge finder to search for lounges, you should see that spas like Be Relax and gaming lounges like Gameway do not show up, whereas Minute Suites locations do show up. This makes it difficult for me to trust that your example of Minute Suites working proves that it would also work on Be Relax.
VFTW specifically calls out the following: "Lounges and “select sleeper suites” (such as Minute Suites) can continue to be used."
