Update 1/5/23: It should be possible to match Caesars Rewards status to Wyndham if your Wyndham has dropped to blue status. It won’t be possible to match back to Caesars in February as they are no longer matching matched status.

Update 1/4/2021: It’s now time to do this for 2021. Caesars status has been extended through 2021 you’re able to ‘earn’ status again. This should unlock a second celebration dinner as well. Hat tip to MtM
This is a friendly reminder to match your Caesars Rewards status to Wyndham, you’ll want to do this before the end of January. Then in February you use your Wyndham status to match back to Caesars Rewards. The reason that this works is that Wyndham status year ends on January 1st, whereas the Caesars Program ends on January 31st. This basically just means if you time things right you can status match between the two programs. If you don’t already have status then your best bet is to match status to Wyndham with another program (full list can be found here). Having Caesars status is the really useful one as it includes benefits such as:
- $100 dining credit
- Free shows
- Free Atlantis stay
Note that the free stays usually require gambling play otherwise they reserve the right to charge you, so not as useful as they have previously been. This matching back and forth is similar to the Hyatt/M Life matching trick.

Any cruise status mavens know if I can somehow transmogrify Hilton Diamond status to anything great at Holland America? Have been googling around and seems like you can somehow go from Hilton to Wyndham to Caesars then some gambling credits or something, but is it even worth it? Any HAL Mariner free stuff available?
I have been doing the Wyndham/Caesars diamond match back and forth for a few years now. But this year (2024) I was able to match my Caesar's diamond to Wyndham in January. When I tried to match my Wyndham diamond back to Caesars in February, it didn't go through. Did it online, and also did it through online chat. Finally called in again a few days ago when it still didn't match, and the operator said it wasn't allowed anymore. Hope this isn't the same for everyone else.

Good to see positive DP. My own DP… Requested match Feb 1 still waiting. Past the 2 week mark stated on website. Eligibility via Wyndham Biz/Diamond. Had matched last year from same scenario, so this is a rematch.
I'm in the same boat, over Twitter they told me 3 weeks max so not going to worry about it yet.
