Our Verdict
Offer obviously better in states where the beer purchase isn’t required, then it’s a straight $20 off $50. You have to send in the original register receipt along with all of the UPC codes from the qualifying products.

Just got my $20 in the mail yesterday. I'm from NJ and just had to buy groceries. Pretty sweet. Thanks DOC!
Eric - send it in with HH163269 in the address. That is the correct program #
ok - just went to BJ's and they now have cases with the rebate form on them. The Program Code is
HH163269
I already sent my rebate in with the XXXXXX code - so I am not sure if they will send it back and let me correct it or if I will just get rejected with no 2nd chance
Do you have any update on this? The deadline to mail is Thursday. Do you think I should just send the form in with the XXXXXX or HH163269 in the address? For Retailer Name you put the store you where you purchased the groceries, correct?
Has anyone seen a real rebate certificate that actually has the Program Code on it ? The form that is on the BJ's website has the code of XXXXXX, which doesn't seem correct. Has anyone seen a real rebate form at a display in the store that has a real Program number so it doesn't get bounced back as invalid ?
Program code in the address is listed as follows: Program XXXXXX
I called inmate and they said I need to have a program code otherwise the rebate will be rejected if I use XXXXXX. What's the program code?
I talked to the cashier at my local Shoprite and he said they got a sticker roll of these but was out of them. Try looking at Shoprite!
What UPCs do you include if you're in a state that doesn't require the alcohol purchase (MN). Do I simply send in my grocery receipt with the form?
You only include UPC of Heineken products. Inmar rebates you never include the non-beer UPC. So if a non-Heineken state, don't include any UPC.
UPC from items purchased
One question I have (seems to have been attempted to answer but is not very clear) is: Do I need to send the UPC from the groceries items also or just from the Heineken beer? If yes to sending UPC for all groceries items also, then how do I send UPC from some vitamins, shampoo etc. which have the UPC printed?
I don't see any terms concerning purchases of gift cards. Could buy four $500 VGC w/ fee of $23.80 on grocery store receipt and get $20 rebate.
+ Groceries exclude alcohol, lottery tickets, gas, tobacco, money orders, postage stamps, gift cards and prescription pharmacy purchases.
I don't think VGC will work based on that.
I wonder if the groceries and the beer have to be on the same receipt. My local grocery store doesn't sell alcohol.
