Raise almost always offers some type of new user bonuses, this is one of the better ones. I believe the best is $10 off $20+, but that hasn’t been around for awhile now. Make sure you go through a portal and be aware of each portals lifetime limits.

When you mention portal's lifetime limits, what do you mean? is there a limit to the amount of cashback from a portal?

sorry if i am slow, and i couldn't find the info on the raise website. But is the limit for the occasional bonus values you get when you place an order on raise, or for the cashback you get from portals (like topcashback) when using them for raise? Latter would suck; former not so much.
Cash back you get from TCB. If you look at the individual portals it's a bit clearer.

Welcome, SYWR has a higher threshold so once you do $1k with TCB you can mover over there.
