The Offer
- Raise is offering $10 in raise cash when you purchase a $100 eBay giftcard
Our Verdict
Says 10%, so not sure if you actually need to purchase a $100 eBay giftcard or any value will work. eBay rarely go on sale, so this might be useful for some people.

Raise cancelled my order!
Same.
Never received any sort of order confirmation, charge sat pending on CC then dropped after a week.
Not bad considering I haven't seen an ebay bucks offer in ages. Also all the other discounted gift card sites slashed ebay percentages as well as portal earnings.
I miss the days when TopCashBack and Raise discounts stacked
This is nice. You can only buy one at a time. Ebay only let's 4x cards be used in a transaction then asks me to wait a few days before using more gift cards.
The unused gift cards store nicely in the RAISE website.
$100 is the only value they're offering right now
Can ebay gift cards be used on anything on ebay? How exactly do they work?
"The Gift Card may not be used to pay eBay service fees. The Gift Card also may not be used to buy eBay Gift Cards, third party gift cards, gift certificates, coupons, coins, paper money, virtual currency, or items generally considered to be "bullion" (for example, gold, silver, and other precious metals in the form of coins, bars, or ingots).
No more than a total of $1000 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per day, and no more than a total of $1500 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per calendar month. Further, you may only redeem a maximum of four Gift Cards in any single transaction (and fewer if you are redeeming Gift Cards in combination with other redemption codes, such as coupons or vouchers)."

Anything besides other gift cards, bullion, or cash equivalents. They are entered on checkout pages like basically any other e-tailer's gift cards.
