Best deal:

$100 in Spotify Gift Cards (email delivery). They only let you buy one per order, but you can add a:

$10 Spotify
$30 Spotify
$60 Spotify

Bringing it to $100. I don’t know if the $30 back on $100 needs to be on the after-promo purchase amount. So it’s probably safest to add another $25 in goods to bring it exactly to $100.

IIRC, there is some restraint on Spotify GC that blocks it from use on Family or Premium plans or something, but I’m not using that right now anyways.

EDIT: *Cannot be used for Family or Student Plans.*

Thank you for this stacking advice.

Although I prefer Spotify over AppleMusic or Prime, I just wanted to additionally warn anyone about the ungainly process for using Spotify GCs. If you have any kind of promotional rates going on, you can’t add a GC to your balance, but instead have to wait for your subscription to expire, and then add it. If you have any music saved for offline use, allowing your account to lapse will require you to re-download any such music. And like the above poster said, the GCs can’t be used for Family plans, and possibly not for Hulu bundled plans either (can’t recall the specifics.)

And if you have multiple GCs, (say a $30 and a $60), I believe it will only allow you to apply one at a time, until the amount is exhausted. E.g. if you apply a $30 card for 3mo @ $9.99 a month, then it will prevent you from adding the $60 card until the $30 plan is used up and lapsed. Meaning, you need to keep the cards on-hand.

Basically, an unnecessarily convoluted process. It’s beyond me why all companies don’t just allow you to add the GC to a running balance like Amazon – perhaps they’re purposefully making it complicated to reduce compliance
