Anyone knows whether Club at PHX ever failed inspections?! Many reviews point out mold in the bread they serve. I haven't seen mold myself, but it was very stale every single time, and smelled like it has mold, just not visible yet.
Not sure, I'm sure you can search it on the same poisoned site or your local health inspectors site
