I vomited in my mouth a little bit. Surely nobody on Earth REALLY thinks the Bonvoy program launched successfully? It's still crap, they haven't fixed anything. The program absolutely killed any loyal SPG members that remained. Nobody is happy with bonvoy, total joke of a "loyalty program". All of their pricing costs have gone up, travel packages have gone up substantially, everyone is much better off with just about any competitor.
Her actions did lead to the new term - "getting bonvoyed". That's gotta be worth something right? lol
Agreed! It's amazing that after all that damage she will likely get millions in bonus.
Bonvoy and successful can't be in the same sentence
