(Reports) Chase Is Matching 90,000 INK Unlimited Bonus

Multiple readers (1, 2, 3) have already successfully had their Chase INK Unlimited 75,000 bonus matched to the newer 90,000 points bonus. This is even for applications which were approved a few days back when the 90,000 offer wasn’t as widely available.

Send Chase a secure message to request a match. They should reply confirming the match, and they’ll tell you to message back after meeting the spend so they can manually apply the match.

One reader heard from Chase that they are matching applications from July 25, 2024 through November 17, 2024.

  • I asked Chase to match the offer to 90k and got a reply like this: I'm happy to assist you with your inquiry. The offer you requested was 90,000 points after you spend $6,000.00 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open. Our records show that you have not met the spending requirement yet. Once you meet the required spend, please reply to this email to claim the offer. We'll post the original points to your account within 6 to 8 weeks from the date the spend was met.

    Is this a normal reply?

    • If you don't ask you will never know, why not SM them and ask them to match?
If you ask and they reject "what do you have to lose"??
Frankly I have no idea why people ask question like that...

        • well I use referral offer and I already asked and they said they can match WHEN I reach requirement.. however these thing is ALWAYS YMMV good luck

  • July 25 cutoff corresponds to our experience. Wife applied July 30; approved for match. I applied July 15; denied match.

  • I open my Unlimited on 7/27/24 and asked for a match online after already having made the spend. It was declined. I called in and talked to a supervisor who stated that they allow matches from 7/25/24 until 1/17/24. She resubmitted my request.....

    • Yes, if you sign up as a sole proprietor and have "business" expenses and income, etc.

Also I like that your name shows as "average joe" lol

    • Technically you can just apply with a social security number.
If you've ever gotten payed to do a small job for someone that would count as a business

  • Very odd, my p2 was just approved for a 75k CIC last monday 8/26. She was denied a match after submitting request this past monday.

Is it known to possibly wait a few days and ask again?

  • opened a CIU on July 25th, and was granted the 90k match via SM on friday. However , after doing 3k spend on it, it gets declined and my other 3 chase inks work fine (lmao) CIC was opened on the same day and CIP/CIPR opened 8/26. No luck yet getting it unfrozen via SM

  • Posted this in the Ink thread from a few days ago...

P2 asked for a match from 75k to 90k for a CIU that was opened on 7/22, and was denied. Was told Chase only offers matches for accounts opened between July 25 and November 17, 2024, so P2 missed it by 3 days. (Not sure what that 11/17/24 date signifies; could be nothing, or could be significant.)

    • Interesting, I'll add that. The July 25th date lines up since it's around one month before the branch offer began. In the past we've seen them match for a month prior to the offer began.
