Mine initially tracked but was ultimately rejected, saying “Looks like your purchase didn’t quite meet all of the offer’s requirements.”
Same message. Amount and purchase total are $0.
Same to me. Initially tracked, but not $0 because of “You did not spend the minimum amount required for this offer.” Just created a ticket. Was a Visa giftcard excluded? I don’t remember.

How do you know that GCG is part of this nonsense? I think it’s all RMN.
Well, you can’t win them all but at least I got a pretty fast response from my ticket to RMN. They are blaming the GCG and told me to wait and see if it tracks properly. I’ve dealt with RMN before with no issues and they have a pretty good rep. First time I’ve ever dealt with GCG, not going smoothly. The BBB reviews are also pretty bad for GCG and not too bad for RMN.
Did you only do a purchase through GCG or did you do GCM also?
Normat and I did both offers and we received a different (worse) message that you did.

Normat and me because we did both offers. As far as I know, no one else on DoC did both offers as no one replied to my question in the other post. RMN seems to be more understanding with you because you only did 1 offer.
Any update on your situation with RMN?
My account is several years old but I also haven’t used it in several years. The most annoying thing is that they refused to reveal what I did wrong.
Did they have you file an appeal like they did for

They just told me to wait. I am not holding my breath – these cashback deals are almost always iffy.
No update yet. They said that they’d email me in about 7 days, which is next week.
I did both offers, and both got the “Ineligible due to suspected violation of Terms. Please contact Customer Care if you believe this was in error” note after they were pending for a few weeks. I sent in a ticket and am waiting for a response.
This actually makes sense. They told me that they check user accounts randomly every so often. It seems that they just happened to check my account the day after I placed my orders so that’s why my purchases never even went pending. I have a feeling there will be more of these DP as time goes on.

That’s great for you. Did you use RMN regularly before this? Did you get any fraud alerts while completing these orders? I’m trying to figure out what the difference is between your case and mine.
I used it once before last year. Accidentally had a second account with them which I think was the issue. Never had a fraud alert never made returns through them

Did you ever hear back from RMN?
Yes, they reinstated my account and credited for both GCG and GCM. The credit for GCM was quick (took about a week), but for GCG I had to wait for about a month until a few days ago.
Mine did too. For both GCG and GCM
That VGC was rejected by my insurance that accepts pretty much all other VGCs and MGCs. But luckily the tax payment processors accepted it.

My credit card was declined when entered on the site. I retried the transaction using paypal for the same credit card and it went through..
