Our Verdict
Remember to save the offer first to your card before use. You won’t get fuel points on Visa/MC gift cards. Make sure to use a card that earns at a high rate on grocery store purchases. This version of the offer does work on the variable cards.

My variable didn’t swipe. The strip wasn’t even magnetize. Tried using the card at multiple locations. It was the pink rose package.cant even use the card online to pay my T-Mobile bill. Or make a purchase from cd keys. Oddly it does work on pp.
@guest_853275 Spend it right away. I had one like that and it was drained within 48 hours. Did you register it online? You should be able to prepay a utility bill online if it's registered. Otherwise, call Customer Service right away, and have them send you a replacement.
Thank you. I spent it as soon as I noticed the gc wouldn't swipe at multiple locations. Unfortunately I had to use pp as an emergency liquidation. The odd glue still gives me the oh no feeling. I did leave 1 dollar to see if registering would help. No dice. Still wouldn't work online. (Even for utilities). I'm calling customer service today. Hoping they would send a replacement for my dollar.
Did PP charge you anythign for that?
There is a fee. Doesn’t make a profit. Just an emergency I used for the first time. I was advised to tread carefully.
I also registered it online. Do you think registering over the phone could have helped?
@guest_853515 Not sure. In my case, I registered the card online, but did not try to use it before it was drained. The good news is that VGCs and MCGCs are protected by the Visa/MC fraud protection guarantee. I got my money back eventually, although it took a few months.
The same cannot be said for Visa-like cards like Happies -- if some steals your money, tough luck.

Some of my cards wouldn’t swipe. While the other half couldn’t be used online. Hopefully registering will change things.
Perfect timing, stacking with WF Gofarrewards, 10% cashback up to $40. Buying one $500 VVGC, split payment $400 WF CC, and the rest on another card.
How do I get WF rewards?
You can also buy a variable load Visa for up to $500 and still get the $10 off.
My walmart lady entered a bunch of stuff in her computer then asked to see my id. I was doing only under $1000 that day and only one swipe. She used to be a sharon now turned into a Karen. Probably protecting the national security. She also pretended it wasn't her but the system that came up with id requirement.

one week only this time. used to be 2 weeks as you said...had to load the coupon into account the first week...coupon not showing up during the 2nd week.

Why take a chance? It will probably disappear as the expiration date approaches.
And maybe there will be another e-coupon the second week.
