Our Verdict
They offered a similar deal recently, this new deal has much fewer restrictions though. I don’t see giftcards being excluded for example. I suspect the first offer didn’t have much uptake and that’s why they are back with something more generous. I can definitely see people using this one, share your data points on what works/doesn’t work in the comments. There are also some other Samsung Pay deals worth considering:

store cashier was quite hyper when they saw using coupon on gc

Our local Kmart is going out of business. Probably should have assumed they wouldn’t take the coupon. Also made the mistake of initiating the coupon before getting to the line… Which wound up being huge. The first coupon expired before I got to the register. Then the cashier shot down the other one (“we don’t take coupons anymore”). Didn’t fight it. Some lady was breathing down my neck. Everything was 40% anyway.
Maybe I’ll try this one at Sears…
