Our Verdict
Previous best offer was $200. Card is really only worth it for the sign up bonus as lots of other card earns at high rates for everyday purchases. This is an attractive offer if you’ve interested in cash offers though and will add it to our best credit card bonus page. Approved with $300 SUB even though I got a BCE 3 months ago. Hopefully, enough useful Amex offers will show up to make this worthwhile beyond the SUB.
The normal Cash Magnet isn't available for signup anymore, so this card may be refreshed into something better.
I was not able to find a way to stack an Amex referral bonus with this SUB. The Schwab Investor card doesn't appear in the available card list when following an Amex referral link, even when the referral link was generated from the Schwab Investor card itself.
I tried manually creating a referral URL using the formatting from other Amex application pages, but had no success.

does this count as a charge card or credit card toward amex's wallet limits (if anyone knows)?
if we do this just for the elevated sub and dont use it much again after, I assume that will put us in amex pop up jail for other amex cards?

Went through application process and if you have ever had this card you will not qualify for the bonus.
My recent lines and 5/24 are worth more than $300 to me via other means
