Just saved 13k on our flights to san juan next month. Cheers!
wow - thanks.. just found almost $500 in points value (x2 for CP), took an hour or so
Rebooked my Hawaii flight from 35k down to 17.6k
Thanks, saved 31% on rebooking using coupon and miles!
do these coupons come around a lot? i want to book a flight in end of may/beginning of june.. which is unfortunately a week or two too late
It'd possible but I would be somewhat surprised to get one for peak summer travel season
they have one rn for cardholders, i think
But those are for when booking within 14 days of travel. Works if you need some last minute booking, but if you book far enough out, its lower likelihood that by cancel/rebook you save anything since flights would likely have increased in price. Never know though!
Offer is back and good for flights from now until 5/24
Thanks! I had a flight on 5/21 that I was able to cancel and rebook with the promo.
Thanks, I'll repost
9100 points down to 7300 points for round trip non-stop Louisville to Tampa in December. I'll take the savings.
Can you call and have this added to an existing flight?
cancel/rebook. Simpler then calling.
I tried modifying my existing flights online and it didn't work. Ended up having to cancel and rebook. Still nice savings. Had two roundtrips in that timeframe. Saved on both.
Calling typically involves a very long wait. It's a lot easier to just cancel and rebook online, especially with points.
Same. Tried copying the promo code and appending it to the existing reservation edit page URL but it didn't work. Only got one round trip reduced by 300 points by booking another flight and canceling the old one.
Doubtful, but if you booked with points you can always cancel and re-book.
but the flights may have gone up more than 20% since he booked. If SW adds it to the existing flight he would get his old rate minus 20%.
Just do a dummy booking with the discount and compare it to what you paid to currently book it. That's what I did and it turned out it was cheaper so I cancelled and rebooked
I'm not sure about this. I bet you have to rebook.
