It seems there are only certain number of seats that are available for this promo. I keep getting error message -
"Inventory has run out on this specific travel date or airport pairing"

Amazing deal! I just bought a ticket I've been watching and got some points refunded on a recently purchased ticket.
How do you get a refund? Talk to customer care or just rebook?
Just do a flight change and the difference will be refunded. If you booked with points, the point difference goes back to your account.
