Our Verdict
Use a credit card that earns at a high rate on office supply store purchases. Keep in mind the American Express SimplyCash might no longer be earning 5% on Staples. This deal will sell out, so purchase sooner rather than later if you’re interested. This is profitable for private resale, but public rates aren’t higher enough on the eGiftcards unfortunately. If you’re buying for general use, don’t forget the 11% rebate as well.
Also it’s only on the eGiftcards so unfortunately not possible to pick it up when you’re purchasing fee free Mastercard gift cards.

It looks like they are available again at PPDG at 1:34 pm EST. Stack this purchase with a $20 off $100 purchase coupon, which can be purchased for $1.49 on ebay, and you get some really good savings. I bought the digital coupon for $20 off and it was delivered by email to me within minutes.

Can you buy VGC's at Lowes with a Lowes GC?
Nope. I could have sworn that you could, so I bought $300 worth at SVM recently at the same discount ($90 for $100). Was denied at the counter, it seemed to be hard coded. Now I'm slowly working my way through them with regular purchases.
