  • My $100 Lowe's egc from previous staples deal was completely drained before I had chance to use. So no more egc for me from now on.

  • Looks like this is either a new offer of they are relaxing the limit of 3. I got 3 of them 2 days back and today got 3 more and order went through and I even got the GCs in the email now - everything same as before - rewards account, INK card, shipping and billing addresses, email address, etc

    • It seems to be a limit of three per order or three per day, at least that's how it's been for me, I've now done three orders of three.

  • Lowe's seems to carry less inventory than Home Depot, and
their prices are a tad higher for almost everything I am looking to buy.

  • Always a great deal obviously but what happens if Lowe's sends you an empty box instead of a belt sander? That happened last week. Real bummer. No one believed me and I had to eat the cost.

    • It would cost way less to ship an empty box... a sander is quite heavy. So... do some research and find out what it costed to ship the box itself. You can prove your telling the truth by showing them the difference in the two shipping costs. I
would never just eat the cost and allow them to call me a liar on top of it. That's just me... YMMV WWJD

    • The moment you picked it up and felt it being so light, you should have took it unopen to Lowes or filmed the unboxing.

      • I live 100 miles from the nearest Lowe's one-way, I would have broke even exactly returning the box. Really is a one in hundred thousand situation. My comment's more for someone buying a large purchase, they might have little recourse.

  • thanks, needed these, just in time. moral: start your day with Doc.
Anyone tried 2nd order with 3 more?

  • Paypal 5% quarterly rolling catagory on Freedom/Freedom Flex is another option if you don't have the Amex offer or Ink card.
