The Fine Print

  • Limit 3
  • Valid 11/23 only

Our Verdict

This will likely sell out, so I’d recommend buying sooner rather than later. Remember to use a card that earns at a high rate on office supply store purchases. There is also the AmEx offer if you haven’t used that already.

  • Can anyone share the website to activate the cards? @guest_1497301 @guest_1497938 @guest_1498147 @guest_1494556 My scanner seems to have eaten the stickers that I pasted re the activation website, and the paper with the 4 digit codes only has the phone number 877-233-4633. Or do I have to call that number and no way to do so via web?

    • No clue, haven't gotten mine yet. I've check the listing and it was listed as GiftCardMalls so it might work there. Or just call and check balance and usually it activate for you. I've seen some cases where you can get a link to your phone (prepaidgiftcard.com does that) and to setup your address that way.

        • Just got mine. The paper that the debit card are stick to comes with activation code. It was harder to see but its and in small section. You need that to go to the giftcardkey.com (part of GiftCardmall.com) to activate it with the 4 digit code. Not sure what you need to do other than call if you don't have that.

Once you activate, you can register it with address on GiftCardmall.com. GL.

  • Got notification that my order has shipped but the pending charges have disappeared on Chase app/site. Anyone else have this?

      • it's a chase business thing. When they transition from Pending to Posted, it disappear from their website for a day or two. Happens for years now.

      • I emailed customer service the other day. Today I got an email that it has been shipped and will be delivered Dec 7th, but my Chase Ink card doesn't show the charges for those gift cards. Maybe they will charge me later?

  • Deal is still active as of 2100 CST. I picked up three with Ink. No added $5.95 shipping fee as was mentioned in previous posts.

  • The site is charging a delivery area surcharge of 5.95 for my address. That's a new one. I guess I'll pass.

    • I messaged a staples agent via the live chat and asked if they could waive the delivery area surcharge and they waived (one time exception) what would've been the shipping charge (9.95) resulting in an adjusted total of $600.51.

      • you know what, that's a good question...lol. I forgot about that.

I was thinking of Chase Freedom and Paypal, and though it'll work with Ink and PayPal. Let' see. If it doesn't, oh well.
