  • The fine print on the kit, granted it sounds like legalese since it implies it would evaporate in the sun/water instantly when I don’t think that’s true based on the build:

    This racket is for recreational use only, not tournament play.
    Clean your racket after every use with a seft cloth to remove any dirt oi debris.
    Aveid using harsh chemicals or abrasive material that could damage the surface of the racket.
    Store your racket in a dry, cool plase away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    It is important to use your racket with care to avoid damaging it.
    If you use excessive force, you coud damage the surface of the racket or the handle.
    Use your racket only for its intended purpose.

  • I got the pickleball kit at open this morning. There was a huge line for it and it was surprisingly sturdy.

  • We always appreciate the code posting. Remember others may want some of the codes you see little value in. ( The little Caesars usually gets used before I have a chance to redeem one.)

    I'm not really interested in the shell ones, but I generally see quiet a few people wishing there was more posted by week's end.

    • Agree. If you have the skills, tennis is definitely way more fun. But average person isn't athletic so pickleball makes it easy to do something without the steep learning curve.

    • Our church is starting a pickleball league for members this coming Fall. I've never played it before but looking forward to it.

    • If it gets people out and moving even a little bit, all for it. Sort of like what Pokémon Go did to get people outside.
