The Offer
- T-Mobile and Sprint will again offer a free year of MLB.TV premium ($129.99 value) to their subscribers. Signup begins March 30 at t-mobile.com/mlb.
Our Verdict
Last year they also gave out a free annual subscription to The Athletic; we’ll see if they offer something like that this year as well.

This is back for 2022, available starting April 5th (possibly March 29th?). @chucksithe
I can sell one for cheap. Email me: benjaminxyoung@gmail.com
Don't have t-mobile but a nice older lady at work does and hates sports, she was happy to give me her phone so I can setup an MLB account which I did, yay!
I have several family T-Mobile accounts and a few of these codes available. Happy to sell them at a discount to whoever is looking for one and doesn’t have T-Mobile or Sprint. Shoot me an email (alvarez1670@yahoo.com) if interested
Can i sell this code or what
Anyone ever use this with a vpn to avoid local blackouts? Particularly interested in anyone who has done it on a roku/fire stick. Is it even possible?
I've used a VPN to get around blackouts for years, at least on desktop. From what I remember they don't use GPS to determine your location just your IP
You may be able to stream from an iOS device (iphone or ipad that's on VPN) using Airplay to a compatible device (TV, Roku): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204289
Look into smart dns proxy dot com. It seems to work for me, and has for the past couple years. You'll have to subscribe and manually change your DNS settings. I use an xbox for that, as I don't think you can manually override DNS on a Roku. Not sure about Fire stick.
I looked into this and the answer seemed to basically be no, you'd need to setup the VPN at the router level which requires special software/and/or router.
I'm buying a refurb chromebox from newegg and just plugging it into my tv via HDMI and going to run the VPN through that (I have done this previous years with different computers)
This is discrimination against tmobile customers who hate sports. 😒
And it's a discrimination against sports lovers who hate T-Mobile!
Yes, but it's these same sports-hating T-mobile folks that make it so wonderful for those of us who are MLB-loving non-Tmobile customers to get MLB TV simply by trading a $5 Amazon GC instead of paying $129.99.
Is there a way for non-T mobile customers to access this deal somehow?

There is significant discussion on another deal site that allows trading these MLB accounts for a $5 Amazon GC. So I go there once per year to do this deal. I ended up with 2 accounts this year. I'll do the same trade if you reply with contact info.
It's now $129.99 a year, so even better deal

Fixed, thanks
I hope they renew the sub to The Athletic this year. Easily the most valuable and useful promo they've ever run
i assume those who get tmobile tuesday offers will get this, meaning tmobile prepaid users will get the shaft as usual.
I have T-Mobile Prepaid and get Tuesdays. I thought it was just MetroPCS and MVNOs that didn't get it?
I think it's prepaid customers that use refill cards like me. I have T-Mobile prepaid and use refill cards and get charged per minute and text so I do not get T-Mobile Tuesdays.
You could use the +-$50/mo you’re saving using prepaid vs postpaid to buy MLB.TV if it means that much to you.
Yes, you pay to get shafted, expect the whole shaft. You want to pay less, expect less shaft. How the shaft world works.
That Shaft was a bad mutha—
