how do I get the flashlight to work?
Directions are enclosed. As they describe, you have to remove, from inside the flashlight cylinder, some packaging that's separating the battery from the battery contacts.

I tried to enter other numbers on my family plan using my device but it just pulls up my own information with already saved/redeemed/expired offers. Are they cracking down with one device for multiple numbers?
The flashlights are nice BTW. They can become a mini lantern too. And the batteries can be used for car key fobs CR2032 if you don’t need the fleshlight.

This works for multiple numbers using the same device. For some reason, I can’t use the T-Mobile app for multiple numbers and same device now.
