  • Decided to take the Klarna plunge. Got the $10 AGC for spending $1 (did it right after creating account) before the $5 AGC for registration (just created account so don’t expect it until tomorrow). Not bad even if I don’t get the $5 AGC.

        • I got the email from Klana after signing up the account and it says if I join the rewards club Vibe, I will get $10 rewards. Is this the same thing you are talking about the $10 Amaon GC. I am totally confused. IN other words, do you need to join Vibe first, and then purchase $1? I still don't understand what the one-tie virtual card # generation is.

          • Yes. Join Vibe, create one time card, purchase $1, redeem Vibe for $10 AGC.

            If you go in app and tap “My Klarna” on the bottom, you will understand.

          • Thanks again. Essentially what is the one-time card if I choose it for Amazon? Is it a regular Amazon GC, which I can redeem on Amazon? If not, How do I use this one-time card on Amazon if choose to buy one-time card for amazon?

          • Got it. Thanks again. Now, I tried to buy a one-time card For Amazon via using a pre-paid Visa GC, the Klarna app says 'we can't create one time card for you.' . Sigh ! I am sure the billing address doesn't match. Do you need to store this card first?

    • I thought I clicked the link from the link in T-Mobile App and then created account is for the registration. Do you mean registration for the $5 AGC takes another step? If so, what is that? Thanks.

      • No, the $10 AGC takes a few more steps.

        Also got a pop up notification a few hours later after opening the app that I would be getting my $5 AGC from T-Mobile Tuesday promotion.

          • It’s not instant. I just got mine exactly 10 hours and 30 mins from registering.

            If you didn’t get yours, it probably didn’t track properly.

  • The Klarna offer was pretty sweet. $5 Amazon GC to create an account and Free $10 Amazon gift card after first purchase. I was able to get it after a $1 AGC purchase :)

        • Yes, I did. After 36 hours, I still haven't received $5 amazon GC. One thing is when I registered, I remembered it sends a code to my mobile via text, but I don't think I need to use it. I am wondering if I missed something here. Did you use that code for anything? Thanks.

          • sounds like you messed up. you definitely needed that code to sign up. they asked you to verify with a code to your phone number during the sign-up process. Did you try to get the $10 AGC with the first purchase? If no, you should at least do that now. There were some people on Slickdeals saying they are starting to restricting the $1 AGC purchase for that offer on some accounts.

          • I saw that coming which is why I pounced quickly. There’s definitely room for abuse.
