Has anyone been successful with this? I just purchased the $20 gift card and received a confirmation that I ordered the $20 card and the $4 bonus card (at no charge). So I received the $20 card with the card number and PIN, but no mention of the bonus card and no apparent way to get it, of course no customer service contact info either. Did I get DINGED by the Bell?
