- Get a $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $20 or more using the Exxon Mobil Speedpass+ mobile app by 12/26/2018. Limit of 2 statement credits
The Fine Print
- Offer valid for automotive fuel purchases made via the Speedpass+ mobile app only.
- Excludes all other transactions including gift cards, purchases made via Speedpass, transactions made at international locations, car wash, garage, mechanic services, purchases made in-store, online, or transactions made outside of the Speedpass+ app such as contactless or swipe transactions made through pump based payment terminals.
- Offer is non-transferable. Limit of 2 statement credit(s) per Card Member.
- Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 12/26/2018, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
Our Verdict
Can only be used for gas, but a 50% discount if you spend exactly $20 is still nice. Much better than the Chevron/Texaco 10% offer at least. Get another 3% back by using Dosh as well. It should also be able to stack with the other amex offer where you get $5 when you spend $35+. Make sure to add it to the card with that offer if possible.
