  • Did anyone see these offers disappear within the past 24hrs. I had both on 1 Hilton card (there's mine and the S/O's AU) which is mine.
I paid my mobile bill on 3/25 and received the AMEX Offer confirmation (no credit as of yet). I paid the cable bill the past night and didn't receive the confirmation. I went back to the AMEX site to make certain that I used the correct card as I knew that I had because I do this every time before I use an offer. All of a sudden, both offers had disappeared in a matter of minutes.

    • It'll disappear on new website design for 1-2 days when redeemed and the credit is about to post -- google "amex old login" and check the offer using old website design

      • I seen this too late but I was credited in a mysterious way. I checked my acct the past day and I had received credit for the cable bill but I didn't receive an AMEX confirmation. It was also listed under AT&T but given a different reference #. Worse is that it was backdated, along with the mobile bill, to the same day that I paid my mobile bill.

  • Switched over my auto-pay to Amex, and got notification that my offer has been redeemed already (due to $1.00 hold). Xfinity internet only plan is coding as "COMCAST ATLANTA CS 1X."

    • I have both offers on my AMEX card. Received 20% credit in March for auto pay xfinitymobile cell phone bill. So I purchased a new iPhone this month at the xfinitymobile mobile store with my AMEX and received an 18% credit. My internet auto pay with xfinity also posted with a 10% credit. To date I have saved a little over $27

  • Only got the Cable/Satellite one and of course I don't have Cable and my internet only doesn't accept Amex. Oh well. I guess I'll pay my parent's cable bill this month. :)

  • I only got the cable/satellite one and not the cell phone bill. Do you think if I paid my AT&T cell phone bill, it would work?

  • I have both the offers and i have only wireless service in AT&T. I paid $10 to test if the offer is working or not and i got 3 emails from Amex saying "Great news! You just used your Amex Offer". I am not sure why i got 3 emails. If it triggered both offers, i should have got only 2 emails.

Can anyone chime in, if you got any insight on this.

  • I don't have cable/Tv but I have internet through Spectrum. Any data points of whether it'd work? I saw another comment saying it worked for Comcast

    • I have Spectrum cable tv and internet. Just called AMEX and they say they have no record of this offer and therefore won't apply it to my account. But it looks from other responses that people are able to make it work. Not sure why I can't access the offer then

    • @guest_736535 @guest_736611 I also have spectrum (internet only), saw positive DPs in the 2017 thread so decided to go for it and instantly received email confirmation that I used my offer!

Technically it has the language that "if your purchase meets the other terms", but typically if you get the email you're good to go, so I'll chalk this up as good to go and schedule my SO card for prepayment as well.

    • I'm in the same boat as you - I have internet service only with Time Warner Cable / Spectrum. Amex honored the offer just the same in the past.
