Update 1/10/24: Deal is back for 2024. Insurance is through 12/31/24 and cable is through 6/10/24. I’m seeing $10 off $50 on cable and internet; there are likely various versions. Insurance offer is around now as well. I’m not sure if the wireless offer is around this time.

Seems this offer is highly targeted, maybe to newer Amex cards (?). Some nice savings here.

2 offers: 10% off wireless ($30 max) and $5 off $50 (4x) cable & internet, showed on multiple cobranded cards. Paid $50 on my AT&T fiber bill without signing in, received confirmation emails for both offers. If this keeps working, that’s 20% off the first $200 and 10% off another hundred. I might try paying my AT&T wireless as well, it posts the same or similar as the fiber charge.
Paying AT&T wireless also triggered both email confirmations.
I didn't have the Cable & Internet offer when I checked last week, but today I got it, only on 1 of my cards (Schwab Platinum): $5 back on $50, 4 times, expires 6/19/2024.

Does anyone know if this works via Paypal bill pay?
Got this offer on a card with space on a SUB right before my 6-month insurance renewal came up. I was already going to put the insurance on the card... thanks for the free 20 bucks!
That's a great way to start your year :)
Darn! I just paid my auto insurance bill two days ago. Only got standard 2% back on Fidelity visa card. Boooooo. :-)
Amex plat very old card, since ‘90s. 2x $10/$50 cable internet offer. Got tired of looking on other accounts for p2 Tried bcp, some old business no fee amex
Boooooo. 0/8 from P1 and P2. I never get these offers.
I don’t normally like prepaying cellular service too far in advance because I don’t want to have to fight for a refund if I switch carriers down the road (and potentially getting a new free phone for the switch).
Agree with that statement.
