I used this last year; they came on my Amex business cards. I used them to buy gift cards mostly. You could use them 3X... as I recall. Haven't seen any yet on my current cards. Maybe they aren't inviting those who used them last time. Not sure why though; I spent a hell of a lot of money. Still have a few of those gift cards left.

0 for 13 on personal Amex's. Was also not-targeted for the previous Home Depot offer.
To authorities on this would like to address this questions - If I call AMEX and ask manually add this offer to one of my cards will they do that?
It's worth a try. I'd like someone to also call Publishers Clearing House and ask them to come to their house with balloons and a check, and then report back here..
