Avoiding Fees
Monthly Fees
This account has no monthly fees to worry about
Early Account Termination Fee
I wasn’t able to find a fee schedule so I’m unsure if there is any early account termination fee.
Our Verdict
This bonus is too small to be seriously worth considering. The account does come with a 1.9% APY, but there are so many other basic high yield savings accounts earning up to 2.25% APY that 1.9% is really not that competitive. The bonus itself is too small, even though JetBlue points are worth more than 1¢ each towards flights. I won’t be adding this to our list of the best savings account bonuses but it is interesting to see Barclays enter the bonus game.

DP: Opened account 10/19/18 deposited 10k 1/15/19 withdrew 10k 1/23/19. Bonus is on my February credit card statement. Seems if you have 10k to float it's easy enough to do to just let the money sit in the account for a week at the end of the 90 days. Still only a small bonus though.
Thanks for the great info. If I could get this with just $100, I'd gladly deposit and possibly forget about the account. But for $10k? I have the money, but it's not chump change. I could get so much more points just by opening a card that I charge $1000 to, pay off, and throw away.
From the fine print, doesn't it seem like you just have to have that $10K in the account right before the 90th day? Is there an amount of time you need to keep it there?
I didn't receive that offer via email but I did see it while I was viewing my JetBlue credit card account online. I think maybe I'll hold out until they give a better offer
Man... for those requirements at least give 10k Jetblue! 5k is pretty garbage and for most people wont make a difference to their account.
I'd value the bonus at maybe $60-$90. Which is hardly anything for my time and opportunity cost on $10k
