BJs is now telling me it was a requirement to spend $60 to qualify for the promotion despite that requirement not being anywhere in the email from them. Am I really the only one getting the run around on this promotion?
I never got the $40 despite following all the requirements. When I contacted customer service they're acting like they have no idea what this promotion is and and are making me jump through all sorts of hoops.
Some information from the fine print:
"(a) You must complete each of the following actions during the Offer Term while supplies last (i.e., until 7,500 participants earn the reward in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions):"
"iv. Place an order on BJs.com using your New Mastercard as the form of payment for such order."
