They NEED to offer this to Samsung Pay users....I'll be all over it.
I wasn't targeted for this offer, but just buy a target egift card on target's website and checkout with apple pay. easy peasy.
Or send the cash and eat the $1.80 fee to net $18.20 and not be stuck with a target gift card....
You can no longer peer to peer with credit card on Apple Pay since earlier this year
