Update 3/18/23: Deal is back through 4/14/23.

Update 1/16/23: Deal is back through 1/30/23. (Hat tip to reader Amy who also supplied images which I’ve added below)

The Offer

Check your Citi Offers for the following deal:

  • Earn $15 back when you spend $150 on eligible purchases at Home Furniture and Furnishing Specialty Stores through 12‌/‌23‌/‌2022.

Our Verdict

Reader Kris adds: The fine print says ‘Misc House Furnishings’ which looks like is MCC 5719. A quick Google search said these following stores might code as 5719: Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn.com, Corning, Revere Factory Outlet. You might be able to find a Bed Bath & Beyond store that still sells third party gift cards.

  • I just got an email offer for this on my DC card, expires 1/13/24. I'm still not entirely sure what "Furnishing Specialty Stores" are. Has anyone had success with this in the past?

  • I have this offer on a AA biz card, exp 8/22

  • I just got this offer on my citi double cash. Does anyone know if this works at Michael's (they have a third party gift card rack in store)?

  • @chucksithe Citi is rolling out their new travel program for thank you rewards on 3/19.

  • Chuck, just a heads-up. This offer is back. Just showed up in my CIti Dividend account. $15 off for $150. Can stack with my PayPal 5% offer. Really short expiration (4/14/23)

    • I've been waiting for over four months for Citi to honor my cashback for purchasing a Visa gift card on giftcard.com with my DC. Citi is as bad as BoA (online purchase category) in not honoring advertised deals. Its a consumer rip off racket.

    • It would be good by skipping this offer and keeping good blood pressure rather than run non-stop from one customer service to another. This never ever tracked and I had to fight for this 15$. Many who come on chat don't even have a clue about Citi offers and end up giving 1-800 numbers for the endless wait.
