  • The app FAQ said I'm supposed to get the points within 5 business days but they've been "pending" since January 20th. I submitted a claim and the automated email response ("We Received Your Request") says it takes 5 days for the points to be "reflected" in my account, but doesn't say when I should get them. Will report back.

    • Immediate response:

"We were able to locate your Boxed transaction and we see that the points are currently pending, however, we will need to wait for confirmation from Boxed before they can be approved. We're hoping to have the points applied within the next 2-3 weeks."

      Sounds hopeful.

  • I used the Amex, drop and Ibotta offers together. Along with Justforhim, they all triggered. Drop required me to follow up via message for the offer, but they credited the offer.
