  • Accidentally claimed the 25% offer and let it expired after 7 days. Popped up again today on the 8th day. Claimed and spent $500 points pending right away after delivery.

  • P1 used the 25% offer and then got a 10% offer. P2 used the 25% offer and then got another 25% offer, used it, and then got another 25% offer.

  • DP - used 25% off instacart 10/2 for $600 spend. 15k points pending right away. Offer disappeared. Will check if it shows up again tomorrow.

  • DP - used 25% off instacart 9/29, points pending, offer disappeared. Offer has reappeared today 9/30.

  • no instacart, but i barely check these and was pleasantly surprised to find uber + ubereats at 20% and doordash at 10% (may have been posted here before)

    • In my experience, after not using it within the 7 days, it came back immediately. This happened to me twice.

  • Has anyone found a limit on this yet? I don’t see anything in the conditions….just says it has to be on 1 purchase and 1 time. Nothing stopping you from ordering a bunch of stuff at Costco through Instacart and sending to a BG for a 25% savings?

    • One and done in my experience. However, I received another 10% Instacart offer after 1-3 days on both of my Paypal accounts.

        • Jim, it doesn't seem like it. You can read the terms specific to the Instacart offer if you click the Instacart offer in your offers page. In addition, the terms in the Paypal Rewards Program Agreement under section "3.e. Earning Points" suggest any sort of limit for a particular offer would be explicitly expressed, e.g. "Instacart 25% cash back 7 days left".... Any more thought into this exercise is futile---you're gonna get a good deal anyway.

  • Instacart user here. I had many issues with my orders in the past.
Price is 10% higher than store price even with Instacart+ membership.
    Missing items.
    Spoiled strawberries/produce
Support will issue refund in Instacart credits. Lot of hassle for credit card refund.
    Store returns are almost impossible.
Kroger pickup wait time is 30 mins sometimes.

    • You just need to play it right. I always had great experience with Instacart, saved a lot of money. They regularly have huge discount coupons, couple that with 20% off gift cards regularly available. Most of the times no complaints about the service, they simply refund to original form of payment for spoiled groceries without any question. A lot of store including Walmart has no markup. But if you want to buy electronics or expensive stuff, those returns can be understandably an issue because of misuse and fraud.
