  • I spoke with a NFCU Rep and you have to have the "Receive Offers" box checked/turned on in your account. You can turn it on under your Flagship checking account settings.

    • i spent a long time looking for this, but what you described was nowhere to be found. any idea how to get there?

      • Go to Flagship Visa scroll down & select/click Rewards (just above FiCO).
        From there, select "sign-up" & you'll see the option to edit your profile offers.

        FYI: I have Flagship Visa but only regular checking. From the wording in the image posting the offer, a reg chckg should not be a factor but FWIW, I also did not receive the offer.
        Another reason could be due to recency. I've had Flagship card for <3mths.

  • I don’t have the Flagship card, but NFCU sent me the same offer today on my cashRewards card.

    • what was your prior balance? i keep $1 in the checking account, hoping its targeted to people with low balances

      • I only transfer money to my checking to pay the card. Otherwise I don't use NFCU for anything.

  • agreed with sean paul, looks like the offer is to bring your balance in your checking account to $2501 and then they will give you $300 bonus on your credit card. very strange

    • It varies, My offer is for less $ balance. I don't have to shortchange my other bank where I have minimum balance promotion. So worth it! :)

      Here's a pertinent question: taxable? If so, I accept but hope I can time it for 2020. Actually, thinking about it while typing, I think I can because "I" decide when to take the cashback. That will work!

  • was just about to apply. was hoping for a 60k targeted offer instead of the 50k. would be nice to double dip this spend bonus too.
