The Offer
Penfed sent out a spending bonus to their cardholders. There are two versions:
- Get $50 after spending $500 between 9/1/24 and 11/30/24.
- Spend $300 each month in September, October and November and earn a $25 statement credit per month. Here’s the best part: if you earn all three bonuses, you’ll
receive a $25 bonus for a total bonus of $100.
Our Verdict
Decent spend bonuses. Seems like everyone got one offer or another (it’s possible they are more targeted). Thanks to all those who sent this in.

I did the $300 monthly Sep., Oct. & Nov. spend.
All 3 monthly $25 credits posted the same day on November statement close, as separate credits.
The extra $25 posted on my December statement close.
I never contacted them, I just waited.
l just received my 3rd. so hopefullt the 4th will be done before the 30th. the first 2 took far more than 30 days to post

I just received a $25 credit, but I don't know if it's the 4th credit for this promo, or for a different promo (using the card with digital wallet, which I did 2 days ago).
I received another $25 dated 12/22, so either one would be the 4th credit for this promo.
Same date here, I'm pretty sure it was not there when I checked on 12/24. I'm going to guess the digital wallet bonus has the number "1224" in description and the 4th $25 of $100 spending bonus has "2111" just like the other 3.
My $50 bonus just posted.
Do you mean the final $50 for a total of $100? I just checked my account and I'm still stuck on only 1 $25 credit so far. ☹
There was a different version for $50 so its probably that promo (instead of the 4x $25 promo)
Seems like these are all over the place, here is mine.

I guess I'll give it until Dec 1st, then contact CS. That's 30 days after this thing has "ended" I guess.

Still missing $50, still planning on contacting Dec 30th if it doesn't show.
i received 2 as well in november days apart after completing nov spend so i dont know which months i received the credit for and which one is missing. plus didnt receive teh $25 for completeing all 3. messages to customer service was useless. first they told me accorind to the t&c none of the 3 months would be due for credit until 30 days after nov 30th. after numerous back and forths with them 2 credits did show but asking them which 2 months it was for was useless. . so will wait until dec 30th to email them again.

Finally got credits for each month. Sep and Nov credits posted 3 days after spend and then I just got a 3rd credit which I assume is for Oct. I never contacted them about it. Hopefully the final credit for doing every month posts without issue.
In my opinion, that could be the fourth 25 credit, so the Oct credit is still missing. But who knows?
Finally got one $25 credit on 21 Nov, although I can't tell for which month it is. I spent over $300 in each of Sep, Oct, and Nov. Pathfinder visa.
The final 2 $25 credits have posted for me now, allegedly on 12/26, although they definitely were not showing before today.
I just checked my account and the same happened with mine. I don't know if I'm happier that I finally received the entire $100 in credits or that it happened without me having to call in at all. 😀
I had sent an inquiry to support on Dec 3, which was acknowledged by return email, but that was the only communication I got from them.
Still haven't received the remaining 3 $25 credits!

By "just" do you mean a few days ago? If so, you are on the exact payment schedule that I'm on.
Dec. 22nd; didn't notice it until the 26th.

Used the Contact Us page from my online account to send them an email a week ago about missing Oct credit plus final credit for doing all 3 -- they replied within an hour that they put in a request to have it reviewed within 2-3 days.
On Thurs I had another $25 "promo 2111" credit post with 12/25 date -- today I had a $25 "promo 1024" credit post with 12/26 date.
I also had the offer for $25 bonus with $75 mobile pay purchase -- made a $85 Apple Pay purchase using Best Buy app and that $25 "promo 1224" credit posted quickly when the BB purchase posted
Just got my third $25 bonus, 3 days after the transaction.
Got a credit on 11/15, presumably for October. Never got the credit for Sept. I guess I'll have to reach out to CS. Seems like they are really botching this offer.
i just got my first one also. i spent weeks with back and forth emails and calls, and after proving i was targeted in the email, they then tried to say bonuses are paid after november 30th, after repeating that the t&c states after each month period. i finally got one. I think its september's but cant tell. i will have to wait till 4 weeks afer 10/31 to send them about october otherwise id probably get a canned response saying not 4 weeks yet
You can obviously ignore the question that I just asked you as you basically answered it with this comment. I guess that means that I will need to reach out.
just got my second one. came 4 days after the first one. if you get a response from cs thats its 4 weeks after nov 30th for any. keep pushing back. i had to do so 4 times, they then fsaid they orwarded it to their promo department and someone would get back to me. no one did get back to me. but after that last email they sent me these credits started posting a few days later.
I just noticed that you wrote "emails". I chatted with the bot 1 or 2 weeks ago and they sent me an automated email. Is that the email that you replied to? I replied to that email but never heard back. I'd rather not have to call in but probably don't have a choice at this point.
i used their contact us section, not the chat and sent a secure message, they emailed me a case # and after they answered I had a back and forth with them. they answered relatively quickly (day or 2) except for the last one where they said they were contacting the promotion department, that one they never sent a responsel but 2 days after i started getting the credits. got 2 or 3 so far. just need 1 more nad hte final one for doing all 3. i met nov requierments about 2 weeks ago and started getting the credits the same time, but wont inquire till 4 weeks after nov 30th for those as that what the T&C says and i cant tell if they gave me sept and oct or if they missed one of the first 2 yet
It's very possible you receiving those 2 bonuses was just a coincidence.
I met the requirements in Sept, Oct & Nov. I logged into my PF account about a week ago and noticed that a $25 credit had posted to my credit card in Nov.
I have no idea which month that's for.
The reason why I speculate it might be a coincidence for you is because I have never contacted PF about my missing CB. I will probably wait until Dec or Jan to follow up as I'd rather not call if there's a chance the other 3 credits will post on their own.

thats likely as the intersactions with penfed through customer service has been horrible. they kept saying nothing is supposed to be credited until 30 days after november 30th and ignored the other t&c and when they said they were sending it to promotions department and i would get a reply. Nothing. those 2 credits could have been coincidence with nothing being done by the service/promotion team.
