[Targeted] Venmo: Spend $50, Get $10

• DP for Venmo-eBay $5 offer:

  Got targeted Aug 8 (email: "Want $5? Pay with Venmo on eBay.")
  Made eBay purchase >$100 using Venmo (via added credit card) Aug 12
  Got $5 paid to Venmo balance today

  • I actually got a dud used phone w/ a bulged out screen = swollen battery and had to get refunded. Luckily, Venmo did not try to claw back the $5.

• Was past 30 day mark and they had not paid.. was targeted via e-mail (reloaded Uber Eats account w/ $50) Chatted via the Venmo app and they escalated yesterday and got the $10 payment this morning.

• My email was titled as "Get $10 when you try the easy way to pay"

• Has anyone actually gotten this to work? Was planning to grab a $50 GC at CVS since they take Venmo payments at the self check out.

  • I wasn't targeted, but I previously did their bonus they advertised in store. Bought a $20 AMZN GC and got like $5 or $10 back in my Venmo balance.

• "A $10 reward is up for grabs"

• Received this email yesterday, immediately did a $50 Uber load using Venmo paying with an Amex cc...$10 still hasn't posted, I'm guessing it won't.

  • Terms mention: "The Reward will be added to your Venmo account balance within thirty (30) days after the Qualifying Transactions are completed and verified by Venmo but may be available sooner."
