  • does this 20% rebate only apply to first stay during the promotion period? I have three stays planned and wondering if all of them would earn the rebate, of course up to 30k total max.

  • Just opened the app and got targeted. I only have 1 Hyatt night stay planned so I canceled it and rebooked it. Will save 2400 points.

  • I only got the 20% off Asian-pacific offer. For this offer, is it 20% of just the cash rate or also the points rate? Is a 20k points hotel now going to be 16k?

  • I was sent (targeted?) instead a "Surprise you're eligible to earn up to 10K Bonus Pts"...where the qualifying action is 1k pts/night up to 10 nights.

  • I'm just a member and don't even have a Hyatt credit card. But I got this deal in my email yesterday

  • If you already have an awards stay booked, would you have to cancel and rebook it?

    • Just got my bonus qualifying nights from a may 2-5 stay. Booked prior to registering. Promo said (paraphrasing) 1) register 2) book 3) stay to get bonus nights. Terms did not specify whether you needed to register prior to booking.

    • I didn't cancel and rebook and came back from DR a week ago and my points just posted. I got 28000 points.

    • I don't think so. Mine says "when redeeming". Some of my stays are highly desirable locations that aren't worth the risk of losing.
