Teleflora Flowers: Get $20 off $60 with Amex + 12% Ebates + 30% Off

Reader Suzanne tipped us off to a nice stack going on now for flower arrangement purchases:

  • American Express is running an Amex Offer to get $20 back on a $60 purchase through 12/31/19. Offer can be done ten times.
  • Rakuten is offering 12% back currently, they are the top rate currently (compare rates here)
  • Rakuten also has a coupon showing which works sitewide, apparently, on Teleflora for 30% off by clicking through their link. This coupon expires 12/6/19.

I imagine you can schedule out your flower delivery if you want it for the holidays or whatnot.

  • Never bought from them before, normally use 1800 Flowers.

Teleflora is trying to charge $18.99 service fee, what the WHAT?

I've tried 3 different bouquets. They all show that fee. I'm giving up, not worth any savings when it all goes to an arbitrary fee!

  • I am not sure of the terms on this one but I have $15 back on $50 and it was not triggered when going through ebates. The terms specifically state that you must go through americanexpress.teleflora.com. Teleflora has created branded sites for partners. I have seen the one for american express and one for united. I believe purchases on these sites don't even count towards the teleflora rewards program.

    • Hmm, my offer mentions being able to use the amex site or the regular site. (Get a $20 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $60 or more online at americanexpress.teleflora.com or Teleflora.com by 12/31/2019. Limit of 10 statement credits. See terms for exclusions.)

      • You are right; the current one does state that it can be used at teleflora.com. I guess I assumed it was the same as the last one and didn't pay much attention.

I checked my records and the one I used was back in May. I actually chatted with amex to see why I didn't get the credit back then.
